Shipping Policy
Here's how and when we deliver your Kaju & Co. order across India.
1. Where we ship
We ship across India to serviceable pin codes. If your area isn't serviceable, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
2. Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We roast and vacuum-seal in small batches, so a little extra time helps us send you the freshest product. You'll receive a confirmation when your order ships.
3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Tracking
Where available, we'll share tracking details by email so you can follow your order to your doorstep.
6. Delays
Delivery can occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays or courier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, email us at hello@kajuandco.com and we'll help.
