1. About us

This website is operated by Kaju & Co. ("we", "us", "our"), a seller of cashews, nuts, dry fruits and gift hampers in India. References to "you" mean the visitor or customer using this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order.

3. Products, descriptions & pricing

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Pack weights, grades and images are indicative; natural products may vary slightly in size, colour and appearance.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email or on-screen, but a contract is formed only when we dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations — and will refund any payment already made.

5. Payments

We accept payments through our payment partner (Razorpay) via UPI, cards and net banking, as well as Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed securely by the payment gateway; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy. Please read those policies, which form part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the brand name, logo, text, graphics and images — is owned by or licensed to Kaju & Co. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Our products are food items meant for personal consumption. Please check ingredients and allergen information before consuming. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
